Hourlens Terms of Use

1. Licence. Buying Hourlens from the Microsoft Store gives you a licence to use it on devices signed in with your Microsoft account, under the Microsoft Store terms. The licence is not a sale of the software.
2. Your data. The activity Hourlens records stays on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping it, backing it up or deleting it, and for using Hourlens in line with the rules of any organisation whose devices you use it on.
3. Acceptable use. Do not use Hourlens to monitor another person without their knowledge and any consent the law requires.
4. No warranty. Hourlens is provided "as is". Time figures are estimates based on which window is in front and may differ from actual work time.
5. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Technocrux is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Hourlens. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
6. Refunds are handled by the Microsoft Store under its refund policy.
7. Changes. These terms may be updated; the effective date will change when they are.
